about me
WHO AM I
Hi, I'm Fern! 👋
A Master of Interaction Design graduate with a background in architecture and a passion for UX and service design. Trained at UTS, I specialise in UX research, UX design, and service design.
My journey started with buildings at Thammasat University, where I learned to think in systems and design for people at scale. That foundation shaped how I approach every project, always starting with people, always thinking about the bigger picture.
This portfolio is a reflection of that journey, from architecture to interaction design, and the work I have done along the way to craft experiences that are intuitive, human, and built to last.

Prototyping
I build prototypes to test ideas early and gather meaningful feedback before committing to a final design direction.
Collaboration
I work well in teams, communicate design decisions clearly, and bring a systems thinking perspective shaped by my background in architecture.
